Location: Vista CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18 – $19 per hour

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge Skills and Abilities)

U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Experience using hand-held tools such as screw and drill guns
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints diagrams and engineering drawings
-
Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
-
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-
Read and follow assembly instructions blueprints and parts lists
-
Gather and position parts and subassemblies
-
Use hand tools to assemble components and verify fit
-
Perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met
-
Troubleshoot assembly issues and notify supervisors as needed
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-
Track inventory and ensure workstation readiness
-
Follow safety and quality standards at all times
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Regular standing walking reaching climbing kneeling and crouching

Frequent repetitive motions

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs

Moderate exposure to chemicals moving parts and loud noise

Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
