Job Title: Tradeshow and Events Coordinator (Contract)

Location: San Diego CA – Onsite 5 days a week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Range: $32 – $37 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Duration: Approximately 1 year

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of event management experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Summary:

The Tradeshow and Events Coordinator will assist the Brand Experience team in planning and executing meetings industry tradeshows and conference initiatives. The role requires working closely with Brand Experience Managers and internal departments including product marketing teams throughout the planning and execution phases.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tradeshow-related logistics including pre-planning (exhibitor badges show services marketing materials) accommodations (room lists transportation shipping) and post-show tasks (survey deployment and analysis).

  • Assist in the planning and logistical execution of meetings and events such as sales training sessions advisory board meetings and faculty forums.

  • Manage event budgets track costs and process purchase requisitions for each show or event.

  • Provide support to the Brand Experience team with other related tasks as needed.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines.

  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
