Position Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs manage equipment inventory and respond to alarms. This role involves daily equipment checks maintaining logs and assisting with troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption to production and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine preventative maintenance on facilities equipment using the MP2 System.

Manage spare parts inventory and procure necessary repair parts.

Respond to equipment/process alarms and perform emergency repairs as needed.

Handle Facilities Work Requests and maintain equipment and vendor files.

Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.

Ensure compliance with federal regulations and business policies.

Be available for on-call duties and respond to alarms 24/7.
Essential Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of maintenance experience preferably in a medical or health-related environment.

Proficient with power tools and safety procedures.

Basic computer skills (MS Word Excel) and experience with preventative maintenance software.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as climbing ladders and crawling.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Understanding of electrical systems.

Experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with federal regulations (QSR ISO ISO 13485 CMDR).
