Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Mira Mesa
Schedule: 1st shift 6am – 2:30pm Mon – Fri
Duration: Temp – Hire
Pay:1st shift $30- $36/hr DOE
SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that production and facility equipment is operational through both repairs and preventative maintenance. This role supports the manufacturing of the Calmark and Birtcher product lines focusing on printed circuit board re Interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks. Retainers and conduction cooled assemblies for aerospace and defense applications.
Qualifications:

Collaborate with suppliers for troubleshooting and sourcing replacement parts.

Diagnose and repair pneumatic hydraulic and electric equipment.

Conduct maintenance on vertical and horizontal CNC machines.

Utilize various hand and power tools along with electric meters.

Communicate findings and work status with management.

Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain production uptime.

Complete preventative maintenance on all equipment.

Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.

Organize parts and tool storage.

Maintain regular and dependable attendance.

High School Diploma or GED
-
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in reading manuals and electrical/mechanical schematics.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
