About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of QC test samples ensuring accurate documentation and supporting laboratory operations. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Receive verify label and distribute QC test samples to designated laboratories.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming samples and ensure proper documentation.

Track sample status and report daily updates.

Manage QC sample inventory ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate the requisition receipt and distribution of samples references and consumables.

Communicate with QC and Manufacturing teams via email phone and in person to track material movement.

Maintain compliance with Quality ISO and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.

Identify and report hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.

Perform additional administrative and support duties as required.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experience in a lab or QC environment (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing laboratory or inventory control (required)
College coursework in biology or life sciences (preferred)
Experience with SAP (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Windows Word Excel and database management (preferred)
Knowledge of GMP and general laboratory safety (preferred)
Strong attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
